• A shower is required before any service.

• All services are clearly defined in the brochure (ZenluXe Spa)  and cannot be modified in their nature, form or pricing.

• Any physical contact due to the very nature of the service ordered is established by qualified and trained personnel; no other kind of "touch", massage or stroking can be requested.

Our services  are carried out in the context of relaxation and well-being; we ask you to opt for these massages only motivated by the spirit, the philosophy and the ethics of this way of life, thought and search for well-being. These services cannot be the subject of any other solicitation.

Any proposal likely to modify the service is prohibited. Our staff will systematically refuse any request contrary to the

"Customer Charter". In addition, the greatest verbal and physical courtesy is required; failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate termination of the session, without being able to demand reimbursement of it.

Your masseuse can put an end to any service undertaken at any time, if she considers that the above instructions are not respected.
