Customer Charter

 

In order to avoid any misunderstanding or disappointment, here are the rules that you absolutely agree to respect:
 

  • The ZenluXe Spa  massage is a massage in accordance with un state of mind of the massage: we thank you for selecting our services only by choice of this ethics of life, motivated ( e) only by a desire for well-being.

 

  • We ask you to observe the greatest verbal and physical courtesy towards your masseuse/massager.

 

  • No modification is possible in the form or pricing of our services.

  • No touching or caressing can be requested or take place towards the masseuse/massager; you must remain in a passive role. ​

  • A shower is mandatory before the performance; clean linen will be at your disposal.

 

  • Each ZenluXe Spa massage is designed to be an extremely unique experience; take the trouble to have perfect hygiene. Your masseuse/masseur  will thus be able to give the best of herself or himself for your greatest pleasure. You have the option of showering afterwards.

 

  • ZenluXe Spa reserves the right to refuse any client whose intention, behavior or appearance does not comply with its policy.

 

  • ZenluXe Spa massages are purely aesthetic and are in line with the philosophy of massage expertise, but in no case can they be for therapeutic or medical purposes.

 

  • Our future and current clients who demonstrate perfect hygiene and behavior will benefit from continued access to our services.

 

  •   No objects or accessories are allowed in the cabin, we provide you with lockers to store your personal belongings.

  • Hygiene: Like many massage parlors, we practice the strictest hygiene in our premises: after each service, the cabins are thoroughly cleaned, the futon coverings are for single use, the shower is washed, the towels and towels systematically replaced between each client.

 

  • The institute is cleaned from top to bottom every day to ensure impeccable service, consistent with our attention to detail.

  • The masseuses/masseurs clean their hands between each massage.​

 

  • Reception: the masseuses/masseurs will know how to welcome you in the best way with their courtesy, their appearance, their outfits impeccable, they will guide you in your choice of massages to spend the most pleasant of moments.

 

  • The masseuses are subject to professional secrecy and are therefore at your disposal.

 

  • The masseuses are trained and qualified professionals.

 

  • The products used (massage oils, essential oils, etc.) are professional and totally organic.
